Booking Policy
Booking Policy:
01. Fri & Sat No children after 7.30pm
02. Our front of house team will be accepting bookings by our reservations platform on our website
03. All reservations are held for a maximum of 15 minutes unless our front-of-house team is acknowledged with any changes.
04. Refunds will not be processed upon cancellation if made within 24 hours of your booking date for large bookings.
05. Bookings may be re-arranged within a 48 hour notice period.
06. We provide a seating time of 2 hours per reservation.
07. We do not allow cakes brought from outside for any occasion.
08. Two payment methods will only be accepted.
09. Last food order: 10.45pm daily.
10. Terrace closes: 11.30pm daily.
Minimum Deposits, Bill Settlement:
01. A seating policy of 2 hours applies.
02. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.
03. A minimum spend may be required depending on booking size or event requirements.
04. Deposits may be required in advance.
Restaurant Minimum Spend
01. Minimum Spend Mon-Thurs all day: £25pp.
02. Minimum Spend Saturday lunch hours 12pm-5pm: £25pp.
03. Minimum Spend Sunday all day: £25pp.
04. Minimum Spend Friday & Saturday from 5pm onwards: £50pp.
Terrace Minimum Spend
01. Full dining menu is served with a minimum spend policy. A shisha order is not compulsory.
02. Shishas will strictly be 1 between 2.
03. Sunday-Thursday: one shisha between two OR a minimum spend of £25 per person.
04. Saturday: Before 5pm - one shisha between two OR a minimum spend of £25 per person.
05. Minimum age of 18+ applies for entry in to the lounge.
06. No children permitted in the lounge.
07. Minimum Spend Friday & Saturday from 5pm onwards: £50pp.
Menu
01. If you suffer from a food allergy or intolerance, please let a member of the restaurant team know upon placing your order, however, we cannot fully guarantee that the food at these premises will be free from allergens.
02. Our food is halal certified.
Dress Code Policy:
01. We kindly request guest to follow a smart/casual dress code policy.
02. No sportswear; hoodies, tracksuits, jogging bottoms, caps or flip flops.
03. Door security and management reserves the right to refuse entry to you or any guests should you or they be inappropriately dressed.
Cancellation Policy:
01. Cancellations must be made in writing 24 hours before to the email booking@coco-restaurants.com .
02. Otherwise our cancellation fee will be applied by our reservation platform.
